Make an Impact

You can make an impact on hunger in Texas in just ten minutes! Lend your voice to public policy changes that benefit hungry families in four steps:

Step 1 – Brush up on hunger in Texas. Read up on the “Did You know?” Section of our website here.

Step 2 – Call or email your state senator and representative. Find your legislators, then tell them to “make hunger a priority” in the next Texas legislative session! You can see a sample email here.

Step 3 – Call or email your federal representative and Senators Cornyn & Hutchison. Find your legislators, then tell them not to balance the budget on the backs of your hungry neighbors! You can see a sample email here.
